From communicating and enrolling a supplemental benefits program, to prompt and helpful claims and account services, we want to build a long-term relationship with you and your employees. Our Combined Worksite Solutions Services Department handles all of the functions that are integral to administering and managing your employee benefits with the goal of making this easier and better than ever – a “hands-free” process for you.

Client Services

Each Combined Worksite Solutions client has a single point of contact through a Client Coordinator. Your coordinator handles many of the behind the scenes administrative processes including:

  • pre-enrollment billing set-up
  • ongoing billing and service
  • providing deduction information
  • reviewing the first bill with the client
  • follow up for past due/late payments
  • reconciliation of bills

Billing Alternatives

In addition to traditional billing methods, we can save you time and effort by implementing either our Auto-Pay or E-Z Pay plan. The method is dependent upon the size of your organization.
